Bryan began his career with Sugar 'n Spice in 2002 as an afterschool and holiday/summer camp counselor. Upon graduation from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Family Studies, Bryan was promoted to Director of Sugar 'n Spice, Acadiana's Preschool. Bryan also served as Administrative Officer for Sugar 'n Spice Preschools, Inc.

In 2010, Bryan departed Sugar 'n Spice to begin a career in the Oil and Gas Industry where he served in an Operations Management and Sales position for one of the world's largest manufacturers and distributors of specialty downhole drilling and completion tools. Bryan also spent time working with production chemicals in oil and gas production and produced/waste water treatment facilities across Louisiana and West Texas.

Bryan returned to Sugar 'n Spice in July 2020 as Operations Manager, where he oversees the day-to-day operations of all four Sugar 'n Spice locations. Working with a sense of urgency, Bryan has a passion and determination to put the safety and well being of all Sugar 'n Spice staff and families first and foremost. In addition to daily operations and overseeing facility maintenance, Bryan also works alongside Mrs. Jamie Arabie to assist in implementing company policy/procedure and regulatory compliance.

Bryan has been married to Faith Choate Roy, M.S. CCC-SLP since 2008. They are the proud parents of two beautiful girls, Ella and Amalie.
