Pay a registration fee per child and the first week’s tuition at the time of enrollment. Pay an annual registration fee per child in August of each year. These fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Pay on Monday of each week an advance tuition fee with NO DEDUCTIONS FOR ABSENCE. A late charge of $25.00 will be added on Tuesday it the tuition fee is not paid. In addition, I understand that if my account is not current by Wednesday morning of each week, including any additional fees, my child will not be accepted into the care of Sugar ‘n Spice.
Pay a $35.00 fee for any NSF check, returned check, etc.
Pay a “Penalty” of $10.00 for each 5 minutes or part of a 5 minute period that my child is present before 6:45 a.m. or after 5:45 p.m. (Carencro Location – before 6:30 a.m. or after 5:45 p.m.)
Give the school written two weeks’ notice prior to withdrawal. If this notice is not given, I agree to pay two weeks extra tuition fee prior to withdrawal.
Pick up my sick child within one hour if notified by Sugar ‘n Spice that he is ill. (Failure to comply will result in dis-enrollment). In the event of a physical accident or emergency illness, Sugar ‘n Spice has my permission to administer emergency care as it seems fit for the child’s best interest. In the event that you cannot reach my emergency contact or me, I give my permission for you to contact the physician named on my registration form and follow his instructions.
Withdraw my child, should the Director determine that my child cannot adjust to the program or that I have not fully carried out this contract or the Parent’s responsibilities under the Policies and Procedures Agreement between Parents and Sugar ‘n Spice. This may be at the sole discretion of the Director and this agreement will then be terminated.
